Shipping Policy

After You Order

Once your order is placed, our team gets to work.
Most orders ship within 1–3 business days from our Dallas–Fort Worth warehouse.

We process orders Monday through Friday (excluding major holidays). Orders placed over the weekend begin processing the next business day.

As soon as your Wabi ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to all continental U.S. (Lower 48 states).

At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or international locations. Canada is coming soon.

Shipping Method

All orders ship via ground service through UPS, USPS, or FedEx, depending on destination and package size.

We do not offer expedited or overnight shipping at this time.

A Quick Note

Delivery timelines begin once your order ships and are determined by the carrier.

If a package is marked delivered but cannot be located, we recommend contacting the carrier directly. Shipping protection is available at checkout for added coverage.
