Return Policy Details:
- You've got 30 days from the day you receive your item to decide if you want to send it back.
- To be eligible for a return, items should be as good as new: not worn, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. Also, hold onto your receipt or any proof of purchase.

Received a Damaged Item? Should your order arrive damaged or it's not what you expected, please contact us straight away. We're here to help and make it right.
Some Items We Can't Accept for Returns: Used products. And sorry, no returns on gift cards. If you're unsure about an item, don't hesitate to ask.
Looking for an Exchange? The best way is to return your current item. Once we approve the return, you can then purchase the new item you're eyeing.
Regarding Refunds: Once your return is in our hands and checked, we'll update you on your refund status. If all is well, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Remember, sometimes banks take a bit to reflect this.
