We hope this message finds you healthy and safe. As COVID-19 continues to impact our world, our customers’ and employees’ health and safety are our top priority. We’re committed to do everything we can to help slow the spread of this virus. 

Due to the nature of our products being in the health and personal hygiene medical device category and the environment of its product usage, we have decided to change our return policy to ALL SALES ARE FINAL. 

FINAL SALE POLICY (Effective:3/30/2020 CST time)
All sales are final. We accept returns for refund for items damaged in transit only. Any missing-delivered package will follow the procedure for the missing-delivered-package UPS’s investigation process, and we won’t be able to issue a refund or send a replacement until the investigation deems for refund qualification. If the product is deemed defective, we will offer our regular warranty repair service. 

This Final Sales Policy applies to:

  • all orders on ANY SANITIZER from March 30th and going forward.

Warranty repair service
Please expect a 3-4 weeks turn around time for warranty repair as our employees take safety precautions to respond to the COVID-19.

Why are you not taking my return?
One of our core values is everyone’s safety and health. Due to the rapidly evolving COVID-19 pandemic and our inability to monitor products that have left our warehouse, we feel this is the best for all.

How is this policy protect me as a customer?
We will service the sanitizer if there is any product issue at our cost. You just won’t be able to request for return and refund. As our product is a necessity for many at this challenging time, we want to make sure we fulfill those in need first. If you wish to purchase to see the product in-person to decide, please refrain from ordering at this time.
