Customer satisfaction is our first priority at Wabi Baby. We feel confident that our products are the highest quality and we hope you feel the same way. We have the ambition to constantly improve our services and customer relationship. We also realize there is a learning curve to using any new product, and if you are experiencing difficulty or dissatisfaction please contact us prior to returning; we can often offer a solution that will help.
We do not authorize anyone, including, but not limited to, Retailers, the subsequent consumer purchaser of the product from a Retailer, or remote purchasers, to obligate us in any way beyond the terms set forth herein. We warrant our products to be free from substantial defects in workmanship and materials under normal household use in accordance with the instructions for one (1) year following the date of purchase. We will, at our discretion, replace or repair any item requiring service. This warranty shall not apply to damage arising from neglect, accidental damage, or commercial use of the product. This is a limited warranty which extends only to consumers and does not extend to Retailers. Liability for consequential damages is expressly excluded. Proof of purchase is required.
If our product fails to meet our limited warranty during the warranty period, we will, at our option, replace the product free of charge or provide you with a replacement of comparable value. Any replacement may be conditioned upon the return of the defective product to us at your expense.
What Our Limited Warranty Does Not Cover
This warranty is effective only if the product is operated in the country in which it was purchased. A product that requires modifications or adaptation to enable it to operate in any other country than the country for which it was designed, manufactured, approved and/or authorized, or repair of products damaged by these modifications, is not covered under this warranty. We offer this limited warranty only when the product is used by the original end-user consumer. We offer no other warranty. Additionally, while our warranty is excellent, there are other limits to it. We offer NO WARRANTY in cases of damage in transit, inadequate care or neglect, abuse, abnormal use, accidents, normal wear and tear, damage due to environmental or natural elements, failure to follow product instructions, immersion in water, water damage to the base unit due to misuse, improper installation, improper storage or maintenance of the product or improper service, or causes not arising out of defects in materials and workmanship.
Disclaimer of Other Warranties
The Express Warranties in the preceding section are exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties. However, to the extent applicable law does not permit disclaimers of certain implied warranties, such warranties are limited to the warranty period identified above. Some states and countries do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
Limitation on Damages
In no event shall we be liable for incidental, compensatory, punitive, consequential, indirect, special, or other damages. Our aggregate liability with respect to a defective product is limited to the monies paid to us.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary depending on the state, province, or country.

Our policy lasts 90 days for any purchase. If 90 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase on www.wabibaby.com. For purchases from other retailers, please return the product directly to retailer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
A return or exchange will only be accepted if the customer has contacted Wabi Baby prior to sending the item(s) back. Any package returned without a valid Return Authorization issued by Wabi Baby clearly marked on the outside of the box, will be refused.
Items purchased from our authorized retailers.
If you’ve purchased Wabi Baby products from one of our authorized retailers, please contact the retailer for their return policy. We cannot accept returns for items purchased through a retailer.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, we can only offer replacement of the exact same unit at this time.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will only send the refund to the gift giver.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Orders sent to US Territories and APO will be shipped USPS. Final pricing will be quoted prior to payment completion.
We currently ship UPS Standard to Canada (4-7 Business Days) Please allow 1-2 business days for processing your order.
